Musical Workshops Available for Schools                       

Students will spend one full day learning to play, and or build musical instruments from other cultures. This is a wonderful way for children and adults incorporate music, art, storytelling into their creative and educational process. The program is designed to promote diversity and to build community through music!


Australian Didjeridoo (age 10-Adult)

In this workshop, students will design, build, paint and learn to play their very own Didjeridoo. The Didjeridoo is an ancient Australian instrument used in storytelling.  Students will also learn to make amazing sounds and about circular breathing. Everyone will also learn about techniques used for painting aboriginal designs.  This workshop is fun for people of all ages.  Cultural Information provided and materials are list provided.

African Rhythm & Song (age 3-Adult)

In this workshop students will learn to sing at least 8 African songs and will also have an opportunity to play each of the instruments listed below. Song packets will be provided. The songs are messages of hope, peace and community.

Djembe, Talking Drum, Bougarabou Drum,

Choral Workshop

In this workshop we will work together to develop your voice and discover the joy of singing in a group. The curriculum will cover proper posture, breathing, voice projection, placement and vocal exercises that will make you laugh. Students will sing a variety of music from simple chants to four part harmony. Many of the songs will be learned acappella to encourage and develop listening skills.

Fees for All Musical Workshops: $300.00 for any of the one day workshops plus a call out fee of $25.  Please call or email if you would like to schedule a one day workshop.


School Assemblies


There are three different school assemblies to choose from. Each one is a 45 minute demonstration featuring a variety of instruments and songs. This is a dynamic way to introduce children to music from other cultures promoting music, culture and world peace.
